This is a group for anyone wanting to explore the magic and possibilities of herbal medicine. All experience levels and families with children are welcome. We learn together through herb walks, plant swaps, garden tours, medicine making, and informal sharing of herbal medicine topics.
We are interested in gardening, farming, herbalism, permaculture, local food, edible landscaping, micro-livestock, urban agriculture, homesteading, bio-dynamic growing, DIY sustainability, plant identification, wild edibles, botany, horticulture and much much more
This is a group for folks who love tea, who want to learn more about using herbs to be healthy, who want to be able to find their own herbs and make their own medicines, and who just love plants! We plan events that range from evening classes to plant walks to tea parties to wilderness weekends. Join us for classes and outings all about herbs and plant medicine - all with a tasty cup of tea, of course!
We have created a space for herbalist to meet, learn and share their knowledge. We are building community where we can connect with one another to support and mentor. Those who may be interested in teaching classes or workshops to the public may have opportunities to do so at the "herbal cottage" where the meetups will take place. We would like to share how nature nurtures creativity in all forms. Are you, your children, family and friends ready to discover the magic of nature through art, music and dance? Do you want to get out in nature and rediscover your inner-child? Then join us on our rambles.

Our purpose: 1. to discover and identify the plants and animals living amongst us 2. to learn their habits and survival requirements 3. to implement landscaping and other wildlife accommodations, such as nest boxes, feeders, brush piles, rock piles, tree snags, ponds and other water features.
